The writing was the part that came easily. The reading, the choosing and the chasing were the part that took the weeks, and they never got faster. So the engine was built to do all of it, the writing included, to the same standard.

Deliberately narrow

It is built for Australian project firms entering industry awards, whether the entry is about a delivered project, an individual or the organisation itself, and it is tested against real submissions in those categories. It is not a general-purpose writing tool and it will not pretend to be one.

What it will not do

A figure that is not in your material does not become a claim. Your firm is not credited with an alliance’s outcome. A project is not described as finished when your own material says it is proposed. Those are not preferences or instructions in a prompt. They are rules, checked mechanically, and a claim that breaks one is stopped rather than flagged.

Your material

What you send stays on our systems, no other client ever sees it, the AI providers used do not train on it and it is deleted within thirty days of you asking. It is used for your submissions. It is also used internally, on our systems only, to confirm the engine itself is still working correctly. If something is contractually restricted, tell us and the submission is built from what you are permitted to provide.
