ProbativeAn entry that
deserves to win

Published, in full

Pricing

An award consultant charges $2,000 to $12,500 for a single entry, depending on its size and how much of it they have to do. Where a fee is published it is usually a range, and where it is not you find out the number after you have described your project to them. Here is the entire price list, published. It does not move with the size of the entry or the volume of your material, and the only thing that changes what you pay per submission is how many you enter in a year.

The annual plans

PlanSubmissionsA yearPer submission
Standard4$4,500$1,125
Programme8$7,900$988
Portfolio12$10,900$908

All prices in Australian dollars, excluding GST. Every plan includes expert review. There is no per entry top up: a firm that needs more than its plan covers moves up a tier rather than buying extras.

Why eight cost less each than four

Not because volume earns a discount. Because the second entry genuinely costs less to produce than the first. Your material is already in the system, the facts in it are already extracted and sourced, and the questions your team answered once do not get asked again. That saving is real, so it is passed on rather than kept.

The other two prices

$1,200
a single submission, no annual commitment
$250
two answers on a real entry of your own, credited in full if you go ahead

Self serve, in build

$3,900 for six submissions, which is $650 each.

The full engine with the expert review removed. You send the material and drive it yourself, and nobody reads the output before you do. Unlike the assisted plans it will be sold outside Australia as well.

It is not open yet and there is nothing to sign up to. If you want to be told when it opens, say so and you will be.

What every plan includes

  • Complete submissions against any programmes you choose, delivered as Word and PDF
  • The evidence question pack for each one and a rebuild once your team answers
  • The record of what was not claimed and why, for every entry
  • Expert review by the founder on every submission before it reaches you
  • Your organisation’s material carried forward, so every entry after the first is faster than the one before
On expert review

While Probative is new, the founder runs every submission personally and reads every word before it reaches you, on every plan and on the $250 trial. That will not be true forever. The standard has to be held by a person while the engine proves it can hold it alone, and when that changes you will be told before it changes rather than after.

If the price is the problem

Tell us. If four submissions a year is more than you need, a single submission at $1,200 is a perfectly sensible way to start, and there is no penalty for moving up to a plan later.

Start with two answers.

Send an award you are actually entering and whatever project material you already have. You get two complete answers, the case we would make, the questions we would send your team and the claims that one more fact would unlock.
