What exactly do I get?

A complete draft submission against every question in the entry, inside every word limit. Alongside it, a ranked list of the specific facts worth going to get, each naming who to ask and what it would change. Plus the claims one more fact would unlock, each naming the single fact it needs.

You review and edit everything. Nothing is submitted by us.

Do I have to fill in a form?

No, and that is the main thing that makes this different. You send raw project material in whatever state it is in. There is no questionnaire and no structured intake.

What if our material is a mess?

That is the normal case and it is fine. Do not tidy it. Sorting through disorganised material is the job, and tidying it first usually removes the things that turn out to matter.

How long does a submission take?

About a week from the point your material arrives, and faster if a deadline is close. Tell us the closing date and we will work to it.

Will a judge mark us down for using AI?

Research published by a UK awards consultancy found that 71% of judges believe they can spot AI copy and 42% consciously mark it down. That is a real risk worth taking seriously.

What they are spotting is generic copy, which is what a tool produces when the only thing it has to work from is a form. An entry built from what your own documents actually support reads as specific, and specificity is the opposite of what judges penalise. You also read and edit every word before it goes anywhere.

What happens to our project material?

It stays on our systems, no other client ever sees it, the AI providers we use do not train on it and it is deleted within thirty days of you asking. It is used for your submissions. It is also used internally, on our systems only, to confirm the engine itself is still working correctly. The data and security page sets out exactly what that means.

Some of our work is contractually restricted. Does that rule us out?

Usually not. Tell us what cannot be shared and the submission is built from what can. It is worth raising at the start rather than halfway through, because it occasionally changes which project is worth entering.

Do you work with our competitors?

There is a named exclusion list on every engagement. Tell us the firms you would rather we stayed away from and we will keep off them permanently.

Can you guarantee we will win?

No, and anyone who does is selling you something. Award outcomes depend on the judges, the field and factors outside anyone’s control. What is guaranteed is that the case is the strongest one your evidence supports and that nothing in it is unsupported.

What if the submission is not good?

Start with the $250 trial. Two complete answers on a real entry of your own before you commit to anything, credited if you go ahead.

Who actually does the work?

The founder runs every submission personally. You will not be handed to an account manager.

Do you do the other kinds of awards?

It handles all three. Project entries, individual entries such as young engineer or young surveyor of the year, and organisation entries are all built the same way, from whatever record already exists. What it is narrow about is industry: engineering, surveying, infrastructure, construction and property.
