ProbativeAn entry that
deserves to win

Legal

Terms

Plain language, and the commercial agreement for paid work is a separate document you will be sent before anything starts.

What this page covers

Use of this website and the free resources on it. Paid work is governed by the written agreement between us, and where the two differ, the agreement wins.

The free resources

The award deadline list, the guides and the glossary are provided free and in good faith. Dates move and organisers change their pages without notice, so confirm every detail on the programme’s own site before you rely on it. We are not liable for an entry missed because a date here was out of date.

You are welcome to use and share the deadline list, including inside your own firm. A link back is appreciated and not required.

What we do not promise

We do not promise you will win, place, or be shortlisted. Award outcomes depend on the judges, the field and factors outside anyone’s control. Any figures on this site describe measured output of the engine, not award results.

Your material and your submission

You keep ownership of everything you send us and of the finished submission. You review it, you edit it and you lodge it yourself. What is submitted in your firm’s name is your firm’s responsibility.

Accuracy

We take real care that nothing in a submission goes beyond what your material supports, and the engine is built to enforce that. It remains your responsibility to check the finished entry before you lodge it.
