Trust
Data and security
You are being asked to share project material that may be commercially sensitive and may belong to your clients or alliance partners as much as to you. This page sets out exactly what happens to it.
What we ask for
Project reports, fee proposals, correspondence, meeting minutes, site instructions, spreadsheets, drawings, photographs, certificates, registers, debriefs, transcripts, voice notes and past submissions. Only what is relevant to the entry, and only what you are permitted to share.
Where it is kept
- On our systems, encrypted in transit and at rest
- The founder is the only person who reads your material. No other client has access
- Never shared with any third party except the AI provider used to process it
The AI providers
Material is processed through commercial AI provider APIs. Under their commercial terms, data sent through the API is not used to train their models. It is not retained by them beyond the processing of the request.
What we do not do
- We do not use your material to train anything of our own
- We do not use your material in another client’s submission, ever
- We do not publish or reference your entry without your written agreement
- We do not share your material with anyone else without asking you first
Deletion
Ask, and your material and everything derived from it is deleted within thirty days. You can ask at any time, for any reason, and you do not have to explain why. If you would prefer material deleted immediately after a submission is delivered, say so at the start and that becomes the arrangement.
If something goes wrong
If your information is ever compromised you will be told promptly and directly: what happened, what was affected and what is being done about it. You will not find out from anyone else.
Restricted material
If some of your material is contractually restricted, tell us what cannot be shared and we work with what can. The submission is built from what you are permitted to provide, and we would rather have a narrower entry than a problem.
Questions about any of this are welcome before you send anything. hello@probative.com.au
Start with two answers.
Send an award you are actually entering and whatever project material you already have. You get two complete answers, the case we would make, the questions we would send your team and the claims that one more fact would unlock.
Credited in full if you go ahead. If you read it and walk away, you owe nothing further.
